What does the statsborgerprøven ask about?
The statsborgerprøven (Norwegian citizenship test) asks about Norwegian society, and it draws its questions from the same source as the samfunnskunnskapsprøven (social studies test): the curriculum in social studies for adult immigrants, which has 25 competence aims.
It's a regulation, it's public, and it's the answer key for what can come up.

What kind of questions to expect
Practical ones. Not "when did Norway become independent", but more often "who do you contact when", "which authority is responsible for", "what are you entitled to".
It's not a history test. It's a test of how Norway works for someone who lives here.
Why it's not a list to cram
The competence aims don't carry equal weight. Some aims produce more questions than others, because they weigh more in the curriculum. Reading everything with equal thoroughness is therefore not the best use of your time.
The best use is to find out which aims you're actually getting wrong, and read those.
