Health and health services in Norway

Health is three learning objectives in total, and together makes up around 12 per cent of the test. It's one of the biggest topics.

What's covered

Access to health services. GP, out-of-hours clinic, hospital, dentist. Who you contact when, and how the system fits together.

Physical and mental health. How lifestyle and events affect your health, and where you get help.

Family planning. Contraception, abortion, and respect related to sexuality.

The practical angle

The questions are rarely medical. They're about the system: who's responsible, where you go first, what it costs, what you're entitled to. It's a test of how Norway works, not a test of health science.
